Water damage is classified as either Category 1, Category 2 or Category 3 depending on the nature of the water involved.

• Category 1 – clean water from a faucet or water supply line, leaking appliances, water heaters, bathtubs, and sinks broken water pipes requires extraction, application of Anti-Microbial, monitoring & installation of the necessary drying equipment.  BDK has plumbers on staff to handle necessary repairs.
• Category 2 – gray wastewater is caused from roof leak, dishwasher, sink, washing machine, toilets (water with minimal contaminants)
